Shipping:

I
may either ship through USPS or UPS at my own
discretion.

Products are usually shipped out Monday –
Saturday. Please contact me through email for assistance
regarding other shipping methods.

Return
policy:

When
receiving your package, please open all of the boxes immediately to
 check if all the contents are inside and not damaged. All
damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 business days
from the day the packaged is delivered. If the package appears to be
damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier;
or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery
slip, you include a note stating that the package is or appears
damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us
immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped,
it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. 

If
the product received is defective, a replacement will be sent as soon
as possible. If you decide to return the defective item, rather than
replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed (15-20% depending on
the item) and your original shipping and processing charges will not
be refunded. Also, returned products_motoparts must be in its original
packaging which allows me to re-sell the product. I will refuse any
damaged or products_motoparts that are not in good condition. 

If
after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective,
we would like for you to deal with the manufacturer. They will inform
you on how to proceed based on their policies. 

If
you are unhappy in any way, please contact me through eBay messages.
I will provide you instructions on how and where to return the
product.SR

Terms and policy:

• All of my products_motoparts are 100% brand new unless otherwise stated in the description above.


• All sales are final unless item is defective upon delivery. If for any reason the product has to be returned, a 15-20% restocking fee will be implemented.


• As mentioned above, please inspect your order upon receipt.  No claims will be honored after 2 business days of delivery.


• We will reimburse you the actual shipping fees for exchange if we shipped incorrect quantity, item, or defective item.


• All items (except those exempted) are intended for off road use only, may never be used on public roads and highways
