Thank you again for being such a huge support to me. That is an enormous understatement of what I want to say and those words will come when my brain isn’t so fried.

I’ve walked away from so many conversations before where I’ve wanted to scream that the other person’s response is not adequate or not even vaguely good enough and yet today I’m wondering how it’s possible one person can have given me so much support.

You’ve been a huge part of our journey and I know we’ve still got a long way to go, but I’m starting to feel like we might actually be having a baby.

Having devastatingly suffered 5 miscarriages, my journey to parenthood consumes most of my day to day thoughts. Reiki is the most wonderful thing I have found, that enables my brain a much needed period of time to switch off from these thoughts. It provides me with a weekly break from reality and a moment of deep restoration time for my head, heart and body, which gets so weighted down with all my stress, anxiety and fear. 

It is a truly beautiful, gentle period of time, where complete calm washes over me and surrounds me in a bubble of tranquility. My body enters a state of complete stillness, which is a level of relaxation I had never experienced before, or even knew existed…It’s heavenly.

As well as the fertility benefits Reiki provides for me, the positive impact it has on my wellbeing and mental state of mind, which has suffered hugely, as a result of my losses, is amazing. 

Reiki is by far, my most favourite time of each week. Thank you Cath for wrapping me up and transporting me to a place of such zen. But above all, thank you so much for your incredible ability to heal, you truly work wonders

4 months after the arrival of my son, I’ve finally found the time and courage to put pen to paper.

I know I’ve thanked you many times over the past year or so but a simple ‘thank you’ just doesn’t cut it.

At the risk of sounding dramatic, I can honestly say that you saved me. In fact, it doesn’t bear thinking about things should you not have been there to help me navigate my way through my tough Infertility/IVF journey.  

There were many times you went over and above because you just knew how much I needed you in that moment. I’ll never forget your kindness Cath, and I’ll always appreciate everything you did for me. You’re one in a million and truly amazing at what you do. I wish everyone struggling with fertility issues had access to someone like you to support and help them.

So from me and my little family – THANK YOU. You helped make our dreams a reality, how special is that.

I tell Cath often that without her support and amazing Reiki healing, this little bundle wouldn’t be where he is today. Cath is selfless and gives out her own time to reach out when you need her most. I was gifted a womb massage with the lovely Cathryn a few months after the birth of my son and after experiencing loss of another angel. I had no idea what to expect but loved the idea of saying thanks to my womb and body for the incredible magic it does.

As soon as you’re greeted by Cathryn, she puts you at ease. She feels both motherly and like an old friend. Clearly a great listener, she delves as deep as you need her to before you lie back onto the warming and soothing massage table. The treatment itself was both gentle and firm and allows your mind to drift off and body to melt.

I also had the pleasure of enjoying some of her natural and organic range of products, beautifully wrapped and lovingly curated.

I don’t have enough words to convey how deeply deeply grateful I am to you for yesterday. I feel filled up with magic. And can only bow to you, goddess of womb light.I feel incredibly blessed. And honestly don’t have the vocabulary to really do justice to all that yesterday’s experience was. When I arrived home I honestly felt on cloud nine and took myself to bed for a deep deep nap. My body tingling with gratitude, healing and pure joy. A deep deep love was unlocked from within and brought down from above. A bubble of bliss which continues today. It was such a beautiful experience meeting you and talking and receiving the gift of your treatment. So tender and yet so deep acting on all the levels. I think it will take a week to fully integrate it all and understand what really happened. My heart and body feel loved and healed and lit up.

After the birth of my daughter, it was SO importnat to me that Cath met our baby girl as she had been such a HUGE part of the journey to reaching her. Also the thought of no Cath in my world, after weekly Reiki sessions, with tea, biscuits and chats, whereby I was heard, during what was a very anxious pregnancy, made me quite emotional. I was therefore thrilled when Cath mentioned that her support could continue postpartum and could still include Reiki with my baby by my side.

The only way to describe the expereince is ‘dreamy’. It was a moment of calm and peace amongst all the whirlwind of utter happiness and joy that becoming a new mama entails.

It was a moment to reflect how far I had come, with the knowledge, care and magic of Cath. It was a truly beautiful time, full of so much emotion.

As always Cath created the most tranquil and safe environment for us and that moment will be a memory that stays with me a lifetime and one I will tell my daughter when she’s older.

My baby girl was so relaxed, at home as it were, on the reiki couch with me. I like to think that Cath’s voice must have been quite a familiar one, having heard it weekly for all her growing time. Sadly the pandemic put an end to anymore of these wonderful times, but had it not I would have continued to enjoy those sessions as long as my daughter allowed.

I was recommended Cathryn from a friend. And I can never thank that friend enough.

I first saw Cathryn when I had been trying for a baby for a couple of years, was incredibly low and thought I had tried everything.

Cathryn is not only amazing at the incredible abdominal massage that she does but is also an amazing counsellor. Someone I could really open up to, who knew where my questions were coming from, who didn’t judge, but listened and gave such great advice and insight.

I have been incredibly lucky to have my little girl who is now two years old, and without a doubt in my mind, I wouldn’t be where I am today without Cathryn. She picked me up when I was at my lowest and has since shared in my happiness.
