The K&N 57-1500-1 FIPK air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air box in some Mitsubishi 3000GT and Dodge Stealth models. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction allowing your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine's RPM range. The 57-1500-1 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter that installs into the previous air box space and directs air past the mass air sensor and into the factory air intake tube for a guaranteed power gain. The oversized, oval cone-shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less mounting onto the mass air sensor. The tools needed are a screwdriver, socket set and several wrenches. WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Machine wash separately in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry separately on low heat. Add QE Home Wool Dryer Balls to reduce wrinkles and increases drying efficiency. Touch up with a low heat iron as needed. Do not bleach or dry clean.
