The majority of our products are vegan with the exception of our Castor Oil Balms which include besswax.

We make all our products by hand in our studio in Somerset, with the exception of our Castor Oil Wraps which are made by a lovely company locally here in Somerset.

We are proud to use completely plastic free packaging. Your items will be wrapped in paper bubblewrap and No Issue Tissue Paper, which is acid-free, sulfur-free, and lignin-free, meaning it has no elements that cause harm to the environment or are difficult to break down. They also use soy-based ink so the tissue paper can fully compost without generating waste or toxins. The packaging materials used to protect your products are recycled zigzag Karft paper packaging and the parcels are sealed with paper tapes. All of our packaging can be recycled, re-used or composted. 

Absolutely. All our parcels all come beautifully presented and we can also include a note if you’d like. Please get in touch  to let us know you would like your order to be sent as a gift and we will be happy to arrange this for you. 

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you need your parcel to be delivered in a hurry. We will always do our best to help, and for the extra postage cost it is usually possible for us to arrange a Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage which aims to deliver your parcel with 1-2 working days, although they aren’t able to guarantee this during busy times of year.

You will be sent a notification email when your parcel leaves us. For Tracked 48 orders being delivered by Royal Mail we estimate a delivery lead time of 2-3 working days. Tracked 24 orders can usually be expected within 1-2 working days. With Royal Mail Tracked parcels you will be able to check on the status of your delivery via a link in your despatch notification.

 If you are out when your parcel is delivered your parcel will either be left safe on your property, with a neighbour or taken back to the sorting office if neither of those options is possible. You will be left a card with details to arrange re-delivery or collection from the sorting office.
