REFUND POLICY

With Her Wild Organics, your experience matters and we hope you will be 100% satisfied with every order. If you receive a product that arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition. Please provide us with your name and order number to help us ensure the process is as quick and smooth as possible. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition. 

Returns

 We hope you won’t want to return any of our products but if you do please note that our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and have issued you with a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Her Wild Organics, The Gardens, Chapel Lane, Yenston, Somerset, BA80NH

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns however for damaged items we will refund your original delivery costs.
