DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch all our orders within 2 working days of recieving your order.

All orders are sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 postal service which aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, although they are not able to guarantee this especially during busier times of the year. 

Special arrangements can be made to send your parcel Tracked 24 (1-2 working days from dispatch) if you need express delivery. Please get in touch to see if this is something that can be organised for your order.  

Heavier items may be sent via courier

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to mainland UK.

We do not currently ship Internationally.  

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you’ll be thrilled with your parcels when they arrive but if anything isn’t quite right we will do everything we can to help. Contact us on hello@herwildorganics.co.uk and we’ll get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your products are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace products that have been used. 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another product of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused product(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
