Sessions can be online or by telephone for anyone that lives further afield, whether it be in the UK or abroad, or to just make life easier without any travelling involved.
Sessions are completely flexible in terms of timing, and can be as long or as short as you need them to be.
Arvigo / Abdominal Therapy Online Coaching
Where it is not possible to see a practitioner in person, these sessions are so helpful to teach you the abdominal massage self-care practices to use at home, alongside sharing other supportive modalities to create a simple home-care toolkit to support your health and well-being.
