How to use

Add your salts to a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes. Use the cotton teabag to keep the petals contained, or let them float freely — both work beautifully. For a foot soak, use a smaller amount in a bowl of warm water.
Why these salts — and not just any magnesium?
Not all magnesium is equal. The magnesium chloride in these salts is sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed — one of the purest sources in the world — and the Dead Sea, long used for its exceptional mineral content.
Rose has long been associated with the heart, with softening and with gentle emotional support, whilst Lavender brings calm to the nervous system through scent. Together they make this a soak that works on more than one level.
