HOW TO POSITION AND TIE A FAJA
- Fold the height of your Faja material in half, so it is double thickness
 - Find the middle of the width and place this over the middle of your pubic bone
 - Wrap the Faja smoothly around your hips towards your lower back / sacrum.
 - Take care to keep the fabric smooth so there are no folds in it.
 - With your hands behind your back, twist the faja fabric firmly and return the same ends of the fabric back to your pubic bone.
 - Secure the faja in the front with a flat knot that will best support the position of your uterus
 - Tuck in any loose remaining fabric
 - Keep your abdomen warm whilst wearing your Faja
 - It can be worn under your clothes or over the top of them
